- This imaginative theatrical exploration of one of Newcastle's most famous landmarks presents a collage of memories and dreams. Fragments of lives and echoes of our history will be illuminated in this highly visual new work that promises to take audiences on an imaginative theatrical journey - the likes of which have never been seen in this city. Please note: Dreams of a Forgotten City is an open air performance. It will take place regardless of weather and some walking is required throughout the show. Audience members are advised to come prepared with wet weather gear and comfortable shoes. Seating will be provided for those in need. Recommended for ages 15+.

- Newcastle Theatre Company is proud to present the play, Pack of Lies. The play is based on real events during the Cold War. It’s 1960. A British suburban family is visited by a man from the government. He wants to observe their neighbours, in particular, their best friends. Seven years earlier, America had executed accused spies Ethel and Julius Rosenberg. Is it Britain’s turn? Are there degrees of betrayal? Where should loyalties lie?
